HP1310D Elastic Ceramic Polishing Kit | High Gloss Ceramic Finishing System
Features
Fast cutting efficiency
Low heat generation
Excellent polishing performance
Procedure
Tungsten carbide bur: Used for smoothing and removing sprue attachment marks.
(Recommended speed: 20,000–25,000 rpm)
Gray-white polishing bur: Used for smoothing the crown surface.
(Recommended speed: 10,000–15,000 rpm)
Dark pink polishing bur: Used for pre-polishing.
(Recommended speed: 8,000–12,000 rpm)
White polishing bur: Used for high-gloss polishing.
(Recommended speed: 6,000–10,000 rpm)
Performance
The sharp cutting efficiency of the tungsten carbide bur enables immediate removal of sprue attachment marks.
(Elastic ceramic contains resin components; do not use other types of burs.)
Low heat generation helps prevent damage to restorations caused by excessive heat.
The dark pink polishing bur can achieve both surface smoothing and polishing effects by adjusting rotational speed and applied pressure.
Reduces chairside working time and achieves a high-gloss finish comparable to a glazed surface.
Caution
When removing sprue attachment marks, control the applied pressure and rotational speed to avoid damaging the restoration morphology.
Proper pre-polishing is essential to establish a smooth foundation for achieving a high-gloss finish.
