FG0710D Posterior Tooth Preparation Kit for All-Ceramic/Porcelain-Fused-to-Metal Crowns (Compatible with High-Speed & Low-Speed Contra-Angle Handpieces)
(Reminder: Maximum rotational speed for this kit model: 300,000 rpm)
1.G/SO-20:For opening mesial and distal proximal surfaces; reserve a preparation depth of 1.0 mm for each side. Avoid damaging adjacent teeth. (A matrix band may be used to protect neighboring teeth prior to use.)
2.G/BR-15:To define a 0.8 mm deep chamfer margin on buccal and lingual surfaces.
3.G/EX-52:Depth gauge for occlusal reduction of posterior teeth, with a controlled cutting depth ranging from 1.5 mm to 2.0 mm.
4.G/EX-55:Depth gauge for horizontal and vertical reduction on posterior buccal surfaces, offering a controllable cutting depth of 1.2 mm to 1.5 mm.
5.G/TR-D10:Sets the occlusal reduction depth while preserving the natural occlusal anatomy of the tooth.
6.G/TR-33:Primary diamond bur for removing remaining tooth structure after depth gauging; shapes all axial walls, chamfer margins and coronal finish lines.
7.G/SF-D41F:Finishing bur for chamfer margins and axial surfaces.
8.G/TR-08F:Refines chamfer margins and removes marginal burrs/flashing.
9.G/TR-D36F:Finishes all axial walls, occlusal surfaces, coronal finish lines and chamfer margins of the prepared tooth. Caution: this bur features a wide angle; pay close attention to operating orientation.
10.SH3414m:Mount on low-speed contra-angle handpiece to polish occlusal surfaces and axial convergence angles.
(Note: Use water spray during polishing on vital teeth to prevent heat generation that may irritate the dental pulp.)
