FG 2416D Anterior & Posterior Teeth Preparation Kit(For High/Low-Speed Contra Angle Handpieces)
The FG2416D is a complete clinical bur kit developed for systematic full-crown preparation on both anterior and posterior teeth.
The kit includes 16 carefully selected rotary instruments for depth marking, facial and lingual reduction, incisal and occlusal preparation, proximal separation, shoulder formation, margin refinement and polishing.
Its step-by-step instrument sequence helps clinicians control preparation depth, create consistent shoulder widths, refine proximal and cervical margins, and achieve smooth final preparation surfaces.
The FG2416D kit is suitable for the preparation of all-ceramic crowns, zirconia crowns, porcelain-fused-to-metal crowns and other indirect restorations.
Bur Functions & Clinical Applications
1. G/BR-31C: For depth-limiting of 0.8mm preparation thickness on buccal, lingual (palatal) surfaces and cervical shoulder of teeth.
2. G/BR-32C: For depth-limiting of 0.6mm preparation thickness on buccal, lingual (palatal) surfaces and cervical shoulder of teeth.
3. G/TR-39C: For preliminary preparation of 0.8–1.6mm depth on labial surface and incisal edge of anterior teeth after depth setting.
4. G/SO-20: For opening interproximal spaces of anterior teeth after removing depth-limited tooth structure.
5. G/TC-34: Auxiliary tool to smooth gingival junctions at interproximal shoulder areas for full crown preparation of malaligned dentition.
6. G/SR-26: For preparing 1.0mm shoulder width and reduction depth on labial and lingual surfaces of anterior teeth.
7. G/F0-41: For preliminary preparation of 0.8–1.6mm depth on lingual surfaces of anterior teeth after depth setting.
