FG1112D Anterior & Posterior Crown Preparation Diamond Bur Kit (12PCS)
FG1112D Crown Preparation Diamond Bur Kit is a professional 12-piece diamond bur set designed for the preparation of both anterior and posterior teeth. Suitable for full ceramic and porcelain-fused-to-metal (PFM) crown restorations, this kit provides a complete solution for depth orientation, tooth reduction, contouring, finishing, and polishing.
Each bur is designed for a specific clinical purpose, enabling accurate tooth preparation while helping maintain consistent reduction depth and smooth preparation margins. The kit is compatible with both high-speed and low-speed handpieces, making it suitable for a wide range of restorative dental procedures.

Bur Functions & Clinical Applications
1. G/SO-20:(Reminder: Maximum rotational speed for this bur: 30,000 rpm/min)
Open mesial and distal proximal surfaces with 1.0 mm reduction on each side; avoid damaging adjacent teeth. (Use a proximal matrix band to protect adjacent teeth before use.)
2. G/BR-15: Creates a 0.8 mm deep chamfer margin for labial and lingual finish lines.
3. G/EX-52: Provides controlled depth cutting of 1.5–2.0 mm for incisal reduction of anterior teeth.
Also used for occlusal depth cutting of 1.5–2.0 mm on posterior teeth with consistent depth control.
4. G/EX-54: Horizontal depth cutting on anterior labial surfaces with controlled depth of 1.2–1.5 mm.
5. G/EX-55: Horizontal/vertical depth cutting on posterior labial & lingual surfaces with controlled depth of 1.2–1.5 mm.
6. G/TR-33: Main preparation bur; removes excess tooth structure after depth cuts, shapes axial walls, finish lines, crown margins and lingual cervical collars.
7. G/TR-D10: Reduces occlusal surface to predetermined depth while preserving natural occlusal anatomy.
8. G/FO-23: Refines lingual fossa and restores natural lingual fossa morphology.
9. G/SF-D41F: Fine finishing for finish lines and axial walls.
10. G/TR-08F: Finish chamfer margins and remove marginal flash/burrs.
11. G/TR-D36F: Ultra-fine finishing for all axial walls, occlusal surfaces, crown margins and finish lines. Note the steep bur angle and control working direction carefully.
12. SH 3414m: For polishing occlusal surfaces and axial convergence angles with low-speed contra-angle handpiece.
(Note: Use water spray for polishing vital teeth to prevent thermal irritation of dental pulp nerve.)
