FG6216D Minimally Invasive Veneer/Inlay Kit (for High-Speed/Low-Speed Contra-Angle Handpieces)
The FG6216D Minimally Invasive Veneer & Inlay Preparation Bur Kit is a comprehensive diamond bur system designed for conservative restorative procedures. It combines dedicated burs for anterior veneer preparation and posterior inlay preparation, allowing clinicians to perform minimally invasive restorations with precision and consistency.
The kit supports cavity preparation, proximal access, depth orientation, shoulder formation, functional cusp reduction, margin refinement, and final polishing.
Bur Functions & Clinical Applications
1. G/TF-D08: Used for preparing the occlusal retention form of inlays with a buccolingual diameter of less than 3 mm.
2. G/RS-15: Used for preparing the diverging axial walls of inlays with a buccolingual diameter of less than 3 mm.
3. G/RS-15F: Used for finishing the diverging axial walls of inlays with a buccolingual diameter of less than 3 mm.
4. G/TF-D06: Used for preparing the occlusal retention form of inlays with a buccolingual diameter greater than 3 mm.
5. G/TF-D07: Used for preparing the diverging axial walls of inlays with a buccolingual diameter greater than 3 mm.
6. G/TF-007F: Used for finishing the diverging axial walls of inlays with a buccolingual diameter greater than 3 mm.
7. G/TR-86F: Used for preparing the internal and external bevels of veneers and functional cusp coverage inlays.
8. G/TC-34F: Used for initial proximal separation of anterior and posterior teeth and removal of shoulder flash.
9. G/TR-28: Used for the initial preparation of the proximal shoulder and diverging axial walls of inlays.
10. G/BR-14: Used for depth orientation on posterior functional cusps, depth orientation for anterior incisal reduction, and creation of veneer guide grooves.
11. G/EX-59: Used for 0.5 mm depth orientation on the labial surface of anterior veneers and 1.0 mm depth orientation on the incisal edge of anterior teeth.
12. G/TR-31: Used for the initial preparation of anterior proximal surfaces and the initial preparation of proximal divergence for posterior inlays.
13. G/TR-33: Used for removing veneer labial depth grooves and reducing the functional cusps of posterior inlays.
