FG2010D Inlay Tooth Preparation Kit (For High-Speed/Low-Speed Contra-Angle Handpieces)
The FG2010D Inlay Preparation Bur Kit is specifically developed for posterior indirect inlay restorations. The kit includes a complete sequence of diamond burs for premolar and molar cavity preparation, occlusal groove reduction, proximal wall refinement, gingival shoulder preparation, finishing, and polishing.
Designed for restorative dentists, this kit helps achieve precise cavity geometry while preserving healthy tooth structure and improving clinical efficiency.
Bur Functions & Clinical Applications
1. G/TF-08: Used to prepare posterior tooth occlusal grooves and functional cusps for inlays with a width and depth of 2.0–2.2 mm (primarily premolars).
2. G/TF-D15: Used to prepare posterior tooth occlusal grooves and functional cusps for inlays with a width and depth of 2.2–5 mm (primarily premolars).
3. G/TF-D15F: Used for fine finishing of posterior tooth occlusal grooves and functional cusps for inlays with a width of 2.05 mm and corresponding depth (primarily premolars).
4. G/TF-06: Used to prepare posterior tooth occlusal grooves and functional cusps for inlays with a width and depth of 2.0–2.4 mm (primarily molars).
5. G/TF-07: Used to prepare posterior tooth occlusal grooves and functional cusps for inlays with a width and depth of 2.4–4 mm (primarily molars).
6. G/TF-07F: Used for fine finishing of posterior tooth occlusal grooves and functional cusps for inlays with a width of 2.4–4 mm and corresponding depth (primarily molars).
7. G/TR-21: Used to open the buccal and lingual proximal axial walls of the inlay preparation to the clean enamel area.
8. G/SF-31: Used to prepare a 1.0 mm shoulder in the gingival step area of the inlay preparation.
9. G/SF-31F: Used for fine finishing of the 1.0 mm shoulder in the gingival step area and the buccal and lingual proximal axial walls of the inlay preparation.
10. SH3114m: Used to polish the prepared enamel margins.
