FG7906BOPT Preparation Bur (for High-Speed/Low-Speed Contra-Angle Handpieces)
The FG7906BOPT Preparation Bur Kit is designed for clinicians performing Biologically Oriented Preparation Technique (BOPT) and vertical crown preparations.
This kit combines coarse, fine, and ultra-fine diamond burs for efficient removal of existing finish lines, precise vertical preparation, finishing, and polishing. It includes separate burs optimized for long clinical crowns (anterior teeth and premolars) and short clinical crowns (premolars and molars), improving access and preparation control.
Each bur features a 1.5 mm reference mark with a 0.5 mm black band, providing consistent depth guidance during vertical preparation.
Bur Functions & Clinical Applications
1. G/FO-D15C: For anterior teeth or premolars (with longer clinical crowns), used for vertical preparation and BOPT preparation to remove the existing shoulder margin.
(The upper edge of the first black mark is 1.5 mm from the tip, and the black mark is 0.5 mm wide.)
2. G/FO-D15F: For anterior teeth or premolars (with longer clinical crowns), used for finishing vertical preparation and BOPT preparation.
(The upper edge of the first black mark is 1.5 mm from the tip, and the black mark is 0.5 mm wide.)
3. G/FO-D15UF: For anterior teeth or premolars (with longer clinical crowns), used for polishing vertical preparation and BOPT preparation.
(The upper edge of the first black mark is 1.5 mm from the tip, and the black mark is 0.5 mm wide.)
4. G/FO-S15C: For molars or premolars (with shorter clinical crowns), used for vertical preparation and BOPT preparation to remove the existing shoulder margin.
(The upper edge of the first black mark is 1.5 mm from the tip, and the black mark is 0.5 mm wide.)
5. G/FO-S15F: For molars or premolars (with shorter clinical crowns), used for finishing vertical preparation and BOPT preparation.
(The upper edge of the first black mark is 1.5 mm from the tip, and the black mark is 0.5 mm wide.)
6. G/FO-S15UF: For molars or premolars (with shorter clinical crowns), used for polishing vertical preparation and BOPT preparation.
(The upper edge of the first black mark is 1.5 mm from the tip, and the black mark is 0.5 mm wide.)
